Corporate Lawyer Vacancy
Antonis Paschalides & Co LLC is currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with minimum 3 years working practice to join our team in Nicosia.
Requirements:
- Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Minimum post qualified experience of 3 years.
- Knowledge of corporate law and regulation.
- Capable and experienced researcher.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages. (Any other language skills will be considered a bonus).
- Good organization and administration skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with company and corporate law matters.
- Drafting and review of legal documents (contracts, legal opinions, resolutions, POAs , minutes, Memorandum and Articles of Association of companies etc).
- Legal research.
- Provide legal advice on corporate and/or commercial matters.
- Preparation and submission of documents to the Cyprus Registrar of companies.
